CMCI’s quality policy is centered on continuous improvements of processes and staff to ensure better quality with each new container we produce. Our Quality Management System was certified ISO9001:2000 compliant in July 2003 and was successfully recertified for an additional three years in July 2006.

All of our intermodal containers are fully Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) certified and approved by Lloyd’s Register, North America (LRNA) and comply with all US Coast Guard and US Customs requirements as defined in 49 CFR parts 450 through 453.

Our production processes and welders are certified by Lloyd’s Register, North America (LRNA).

The company won the South Carolina Manufacturing Safety Award in 2002, the South Carolina Manufacturer of the Year for 2003 (small business category), by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, and was the 13th fastest growing company in the state of South Carolina in 2005.
